Erika Csiszer currently serves as the social media host on Telemundo’s “Un Nuevo Día” for the popular segment “Me lo Dijo un Pajarito” and the newly created 360-degree interactive multiplatform studio “La Vuelta,” among others. Before joining the morning show, she was a co-host of the network’s sports entertainment program “Titulares y Más,” in addition to her work as a Telemundo.com digital reporter for “La Voz Kids,” “Latin Billboards Music Awards,” “Premios Tu Mundo” and the “Latin American Music Awards,” among others.
Erika began working as a production assistant at Venevisión TV network in 2003 on shows like “24 horas,” “Entorno 4,” “Magno Evento Miss Venezuela” and “Super Sábado Sensacional.” She later became a producer for the network’s newscast and “Programa Estrenos y Estrellas,” where she got her first on-air experience as a reporter.
Besides her role in Telemundo, Erika has been featured in various music videos, including “Mariana” by the Colombian singer Micky Ferrer, and “Mi Chica Ideal” by Chino y Nacho. Daughter of a Venezuelan father and Hungarian mother, she studied journalism, advertising and marketing at the University of Santa Maria in her native Venezuela, and she is the youngest of three sisters.
