Arvin Haddad

Star, "Listing Impossible"

Arvin Haddad is known amongst clients and peers for his integrity and goal-oriented mentality. With close to $100 Million dollars in career sales, Haddad has been the fastest growing record-breaking realtor at the brokerage.

Haddad has been instrumental in raising the median home sales price in every neighborhood that he sells in, including records in Sunset Plaza, Bel-Air, Hancock Park and Mt. Olympus. His knowledge of the local market trends and luxury off-market property inventory, coupled with aggressive negotiating techniques and stellar networking skills, has allowed him to quickly rise to one of the leading Senior Partners of Aaron Kirman Partners.

Raised in the Silicon Valley to a family in the construction industry, Haddad not only brings his extensive network of tech industry moguls to the Beverly Hills market, but also his vast knowledge and creative imagination to unlock the hidden potential of a property. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Haddad’s passion for business led him to work in sales and then to starting up his own luxury eyewear business before moving into real estate.

Haddad believes that a great real estate transaction is centrally built not only upon the experience and strategy of how to get a transaction done, but also upon the strength and quality of the relationship between the client and broker. Buying or selling a home requires perseverance, attention to detail, and a deep knowledge of the market. Haddad’s energetic and confident disposition, communication skills, continuous expansion of market knowledge, and exceptional customer service helps enhance client’s experience at Compass.

When not traversing the city for work, Haddad enjoys watching the English Premier League, traveling with his wife and daughter, exercising, mentoring young Realtors, and practicing self-improvement.

Haddad’s motto: You don’t need an excuse to feel good.
