The Competition will be on Fire as Contestants Face New Challenges with Sweets

and Unexpected Ingredients that Create More Conflicts in the Kitchen

MIAMI - June 13, 2019 - Telemundo’s "MasterChef Latino" kitchen will be on fire this Sunday, June 16 when host Gaby Espino and celebrity chefs Claudia Sandoval, Ennio Carota and Benito Molina announce the new challenge during this Sunday’s episode which airs at 9pm/8c following the Copa America soccer match: Uruguay vs. Ecuador. On a night dedicated to Mexican cuisine, participants must fully activate their creativity during a challenge with sweets and unexpected ingredients. Aside from their culinary skills, the team challenge will test the contestants’ leadership and patience, many of whom will succumb to the pressure and explode before their colleagues, creating new conflicts in the kitchen. The elimination test will be the most complex of all, since it will require their courage and good time management, and will culminatewith one contestant’s elimination.
