TELEMUNDO’S “ENEMIGO INTIMO” FINALE RANKS AS #1 SPANISH-LANGUAGE PROGRAM IN PRIME AMONG ADULTS 18-49 & ADULTS 18-34 OUTPERFORMING ABC AND CBS

During Its Full Run, the Super Series Continued Telemundo’s Long-Standing Position as the #1 Spanish-language Network at 10pm Among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

MIAMI – May 8, 2018 – Last night’s finale of Telemundo’s latest Super Series™ “Enemigo Intimo” ranked as the #1 Spanish-language program in 8pm-11pm prime among adults 18-49 and adults 18-34. According to Nielsen, the finale averaged 1,637,000 total viewers, 864,000 adults 18-49 and 319,000 adults 18-34, outperforming Univision at 10pm by +14% among total viewers, +46% among adults 18-49, and +48% among adults 18-34. The finale also outperformed ABC and CBS at 10pm among adults 18-49 and adults 18-34. During its full run, “Enemigo Intimo” continued Telemundo’s long-standing position as the #1 Spanish-language network weekdays at 10pm among adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.

Locally, the finale helped Telemundo rank as the #1 broadcast network at 10pm, regardless of language, in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Houston, Chicago, Orlando and Philadelphia, among adults 18-49. Fueled by the finale of “Enemigo Intimo,” Telemundo ranked as the #1 broadcast network in the entire prime time, regardless of language, in Miami and Houston, among adults 18-49. The network was also the #1 Spanish-language network in prime, in Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Orlando, Philadelphia and Boston, among adults 18-49.

“Enemigo Intimo” was the #1 most social Spanish-language program in primetime yesterday.

Starring Fernanda Castillo and Raul Méndez, the series tells the story of a brother and sister who were separated as young children but come together again many years later. Neither of them is aware of the past they share: the same parents, a happy childhood, and the crime that separated them. He has never stopped looking for her, but she has no memory of the past. Now fate has brought them face to face in an all-out war.

“Enemigo Intimo” is an original Telemundo Studios production written by Francisco Cordero and Hubert Barrero and directed by Danny Gavidia and Felipe Aguilar, with Mariana Iskandarani and Monica Vizzi as executive producers.
