MUN2 UNVEILS ‘JENNI RIVERA PRESENTS: CHIQUIS N CONTROL’ AND ‘FUGITIVOS DE LA LEY’ AT TCA PRESS TOUR

LOS ANGELES - July 25, 2012 - mun2, the #1 Hispanic cable network for adults 18-34, unveiled its highly-anticipated reality series “Jenni Rivera Presents: Chiquis 'n Control," and “Fugitivos de la Ley,” an action-packed, bounty-hunter, reality series, at the 2012 Television Critics Association (TCA) Press Tour today held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
mun2 introduced Chiquis Janney Marin, star of “Chiquis 'n Control” a one-hour, 11-part reality show and a spin-off of mun2’s most popular and highest-rated original reality series, “I Love Jenni.” “Chiquis ‘n Control” premieres Saturday July 28 at 3pm ET/PT and follows the life of Chiquis, Jenni Rivera’s daughter, who moves out of the Rivera home for the first time and strikes out on her own. Following in the footsteps of her mother, Chiquis will open her own first business, a blow dry salon near her childhood home in the San Fernando Valley. In each episode, viewers will experience both the drama inside the salon as well as in Chiquis’ home and personal life. The series is Executive Produced by Rivera in association with her Jenni Rivera Enterprises, Pete Salgado for Jenni Rivera Enterprises, Shari Scorca for mun2, and Edward Paige and Liane Su for Blank Paige Productions.
mun2 also presented the high-octane reality series “Fugitivos de la Ley,” introducing executive producer Lou Pizarro, and one of the show’s stars and bounty hunter Roman Morales. The show follows a skilled team of bounty hunters who track down criminals in the U.S. ending in dramatic busts and emotionally thrilling moments. From crimes of passion to hardened repeat offenders, there is never an easy case and there is a surprise behind every bust. Each episode starts at the team’s tactical headquarters to discuss the case, go over the crime committed and plan the takedown of the fugitive at large. Stories are shown through reenactments of the electrifying cases. “Fugitivos de la Ley” airs Sundays at 8pm ET/PT.
