"From Beyond" is a chilling new reality series featuring a young medium and two paranormal investigators who set out to document and investigate supernatural and paranormal phenomena within Latino communities.  The show takes us on a personal journey into hauntings, urban legends and other brujerías in Latino neighborhoods of Los Angeles proving that paranormal needs no translation.

The connection between the seen and unseen worlds has always been a fascination for most cultures, especially Latinos.  They have a deep sense of respect for and belief in the spirit world and it has become a part of the culture, passed down generation to generation.

Many people have the gift to "see beyond" our physical world.  One such gifted person is our medium A.J. Barrera.  He can sense spirit energies, communicate with the dead, and help the living connect with loved ones who have passed.  His talents complement those of Ramiro Ramirez, the show’s paranormal investigator who uses electronic tools to capture evidence, and the healthy skepticism of investigator Christian Vera, who always asks the right questions that connect emotionally to the viewers.

Armed with paranormal detectors and electronic devices, the team leads us into the homes of Latino families and other locations throughout Los Angeles who claim to be experiencing paranormal activity.  Through personal interviews and chilling tales, real people’s true stories are being uncovered.  Everyone has a paranormal story.  Are you a believer?
