G4TV.com

online
G4TV.com shifted its focus in 2009 to become almost 100% focused on gaming, bringing users complete and total access into the world of video games.  It was a strategic decision to take a laser-focused approach and separated the web site’s objectives from the linear network’s, which encompasses everything and anything of interest to young guys today (technology, interactivity, “geek” culture, movies, TV, gaming).  G4tv.com has averaged 1.5MM monthly unique users 2010 YTD, up +67% vs. the prior year. (SOURCE: comScore Media Metrix - Jan-Sept). The site has drawn in approximately 166MM page views 2010 YTD, up +10% over the prior year. (SOURCE: Omniture – Feb ’09-Oct ’10; Google Analytics – Jan ’09 only). YTD, G4 Video streams across onsite and syndicated platforms grew nearly +40% YOY driven by Attack of the Show and XPlay content (Source: MediaMorph, excluding Podcasts).
G4TV.com, the web destination for all things gaming, offers a free mobile app that gives fans complete and total access into the world of video games.  The app features all the latest gaming headlines, as well as the newest game trailers, exclusive expert reviews, high-quality videos, interviews with gaming luminaries and unmatched tips, tricks and cheats.  Additionally, gamers can access G4TV.com’s comprehensive game library through the app to find info, videos and screenshots for any specific title.  The library also offers insider scoop from the experts to help users find every last treasure, dominate multiplayer online and thoroughly master each game.  The app also features a comprehensive TV schedule and exclusive clips from G4’s popular series “Attack of the Show,” “X-Play” and “Web Soup,” as well as the network’s event coverage from E3, CES and Comic-Con, including press conferences, hands-on demos and exclusive interviews.

In 3Q 2010, total G4 page views, spanning on-site and mobile, grew +94% versus the prior year. Growth is driven by the launch of the G4 App.  While the App launched in Q2, it grew quickly to deliver 35% of all G4 page views in Q3.  On-site page views also contributed to YOY growth (+20%).
